Core Advantages:

Initially, SMT technology was not used on solar panels, but rather on electronic components soldered onto circuit boards. SMT solar panels are also printed with solder paste on the solder pads of the solar cells that need to be soldered, and then the cells are placed with the solder pins exactly in the position of the solder paste, allowing the solder paste to undergo reflow soldering. The high temperature inside the furnace should be higher than the melting point of the solder paste (remember to avoid too high temperature to make the circuit board burnt out). The high temperature of the furnace melts the solder paste, and after it is cooled out of the furnace, the solder paste becomes solid (This principle is similar to how EVA was solid before entering the laminating machine, and it undergoes high temperature during lamination, becoming liquid, and finally becoming solid again after lamination). The solar cells can be directly soldered onto the PCB board.

Features of ETFE Lamination Process:
Imported ETFE material, of beautiful surface texture, anti-aging, longer working life, highly self-cleaning, 95% light transmittance, excellent weather resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance.
Features of PET Lamination Process:
The PET frosted surface is smooth and transparent, resistant to UV rays and of high transparency, with high hardness, no deformation of external surface and of good glossiness.
